The customer is one of the leaders in e-Signature software market as per the Gartner Magic Quadrant report. The main challenge was losing existing customers to the new, niche, and smaller competitors in the e-signature marketplace.
Solution
DemandCurveMarketing analyzed all the competitors of the customer in the e-signature space. Suggested some international names as well with US customers. The customer was given an option to pick the ones they would want to target. After a quick suppression the customer found about 180 of their old clients in the customer list of these competitors. The plan was to not only go for these 180 but also to pitch other clients of these companies.
